We're celebrating a December birthday with a special cake from the Blackbird Bakery of Bainbridge Island, WA, Celebration Stadium's December Cakery of the Month.
Pictured above is Blackbird's incredible Citrus Snowball. This coconut cake is filled with Meyer lemon curd and finished with elegant swirls of white chocolate buttercream and coconut.
The Blackbird Bakery opened in 1999 on the main street of Bainbridge Island, an idyllic community across the Puget Sound from Seattle. The founders "baked the things we loved and made coffee the way we thought it should be made". Twenty-one years later the Blackbird is a much-loved institution on the Island.
A candle per year celebrates the special memories and good times over generations. Here are a few of the holiday themes our friends and customers have decorated their Celebration Stadiums for unforgettable birthday events
